How far is the nearest beach?
You can reach the North Norfolk coast in 20-25 minutes from the cottage. Our favourite is Brancaster beach.
Is there parking?
Parking is available 50 metres from the cottage on the village green. You can load and unload your things directly outside the cottage, but we wouldn’t risk parking overnight due to sometimes wide farm traffic passing.
I have more than 1 dog, can I still stay?
We can occasionally make exceptions, please email directly to discuss.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is 3.00pm and check out is 10.00am. If you would like to amend these times, we can sometimes offer an early check in and or a late check out for a small additional cost.
Do you have a minimum stay?
Yes, our minimum stay is 2 nights.
Do you provide a travel cot?
We don’t provide a travel cot, however there is space in the master bedroom for a standard size travel cot to fit alongside the bed.
Do you have an electric car charging point?
Marmalade cottage does not have a charging point, however there is a great one located at the village hall. Our guests have been thrilled with the price and charger.
